A Soldier of the Great War
This is a hard book to rate...It was an incredible story, and a life changing book. For those two reasons I could easily give it 5-stars.
However, I really struggled to finish the book... there were so many times that I wanted to skip ahead - or simply abandon the book altogether and rate it 1-star.
I am glad I finished it - almost as glad as I am to be done with it...
As much as I struggled to complete it, I could not in good conscience award this book less than 4-stars. I will never forget this book!
